The Federal Government has received a declaration from the new Chrysler Group stating that product liability claims on vehicles will be honored.  Chrysler was among the U.S. automakers which received tax payers funding.

Some say, it’s not fair for tax payers to bail out the auto makers for producing mediocre vehicles.  What would of happened if Chrysler disappeared?
